Technical account

The specification came from the store itself: Zentrum was familiar with lime and sought a surface that did not imitate another material. Limestucco Textured in Piedra 30, trowel-applied over existing paint on walls and ceilings. The lime is neither coated nor sealed; the material itself is visible, with its grain and absorption, and it ages as such. Applying it over the existing substrate avoided demolition and waste.
